1. Who we are
UCharm ("we", "us") is an iOS app that connects people with beauty and personal-care places and lets them book reservations. Contact: contact@ucharmapp.com.
2. The short version
We run no accounts or servers of our own. You sign in with Apple, and reservation data lives in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't build advertising profiles.
3. Data we process
- Identity: your name as provided by Sign in with Apple, and a random Apple-scoped identifier. We never see your password.
- Reservations: place, date, time, party size and the service type you choose. Stored in CloudKit so the salon can manage your booking.
- Location: used on your device to search places near you via Apple Maps. It is not stored by us.
- History & notes: your visit history and personal notes stay on your device only and can be erased by you at any time.
4. What the salon sees
The place you book sees your name, reservation details, the service type, and — at check-in — the validation of your QR. Nothing else.
5. Attribution (SKAdNetwork)
If you arrive from an ad, Apple's SKAdNetwork may report an aggregate, anonymous install signal to the ad network. It contains no personal data and cannot identify you.
6. Storage and security
Cloud data is stored in Apple CloudKit, protected by Apple's infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Ownership verification codes are processed by our verification service and retained only briefly for that purpose.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we process data to perform the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in running a safe marketplace (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can request access, correction or deletion at contact@ucharmapp.com. Salon owners can delete their place and its reservations directly from Settings.
8. California (CCPA)
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
9. Children
UCharm is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version will always be available on this page.
1. Quiénes somos
UCharm ("nosotros") es una app de iOS que conecta personas con lugares de belleza y cuidado personal y les permite reservar turnos. Contacto: contact@ucharmapp.com.
2. La versión corta
No tenemos cuentas ni servidores propios. Iniciás sesión con Apple y los datos de reservas viven en iCloud (CloudKit) de Apple. No vendemos tus datos, no mostramos publicidad y no armamos perfiles publicitarios.
3. Datos que procesamos
- Identidad: tu nombre según Sign in with Apple y un identificador aleatorio de Apple. Nunca vemos tu contraseña.
- Reservas: lugar, fecha, hora, cantidad de personas y el tipo de servicio que elegís. Se guarda en CloudKit para que el salón gestione tu reserva.
- Ubicación: se usa en tu dispositivo para buscar lugares cercanos vía Apple Maps. No la almacenamos.
- Historial y notas: tu historial de visitas y notas personales quedan solo en tu dispositivo y podés borrarlos cuando quieras.
4. Qué ve el salón
El lugar que reservás ve tu nombre, los datos de la reserva, el tipo de servicio y — en el check-in — la validación de tu QR. Nada más.
5. Atribución (SKAdNetwork)
Si llegás desde un anuncio, SKAdNetwork de Apple puede reportar a la red publicitaria una señal de instalación agregada y anónima. No contiene datos personales ni puede identificarte.
6. Almacenamiento y seguridad
Los datos en la nube se guardan en Apple CloudKit, protegidos por la infraestructura de Apple y transmitidos por conexiones cifradas (HTTPS). Los códigos de verificación de titularidad se procesan en nuestro servicio de verificación y se retienen solo brevemente para ese fin.
7. Tus derechos (RGPD)
Donde aplica el RGPD, procesamos datos para prestar el servicio que solicitás (art. 6.1.b) y por interés legítimo en operar un marketplace seguro (art. 6.1.f). Podés pedir acceso, corrección o eliminación en contact@ucharmapp.com. Los dueños pueden eliminar su local y sus reservas directamente desde Ajustes.
8. California (CCPA)
No vendemos ni compartimos información personal según la definición de CCPA/CPRA.
9. Menores
UCharm no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recolectamos sus datos a sabiendas.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar esta política; la versión vigente estará siempre en esta página.
